1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HireJessica ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HireJessica provides AI-assisted task execution. We may use a combination of automated systems and human reviewers to deliver results. Outputs are provided on a best-effort basis and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or distributing them.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service, and you may not direct Jessica to perform any task, in connection with any of the following:

• Illegal activity of any kind, including violations of applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Harm to individuals, including threats, incitement, or facilitation of violence or self-harm.
• Exploitation of minors, including any sexual, abusive, or endangering content involving minors.
• Financial fraud, including scams, phishing, money laundering, unauthorized credit or identity use, or deceptive solicitation.
• Harassment of any individual or group.
• Stalking, surveillance, or unwanted monitoring of any person.
• Doxxing or the unauthorized aggregation, exposure, or distribution of private personal information.
• Circumventing safety filters, content policies, rate limits, or other technical or policy protections of HireJessica or any third-party platform.
• Using outputs to deceive or harm third parties, including impersonation, disinformation, defamation, or manipulation.

Violation of this section results in immediate termination of your account, with no refund, and referral to law enforcement where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the deliverables Jessica produces for you. The Service itself, including software, branding, and underlying systems, remains the property of HireJessica.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireJessica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
